Use journalling to support you on your journey
Writing down how we are feeling and thinking is a very powerful way to process our emotions and start to find solutions to the things that are bothering us. It is also a wonderful way to stop and take a pause from being busy 'doing' all the time, to just 'being'

Module 1: Where are you now?

How to use journalling to help you through the course; acknowledge and release some of the worries, anxieties and emotions your are currently feeling; Grounding exercise - learn to be fully in the present moment with this calming, anxiety reducing technique.

Module 2: Menopause - Fact & Fiction

How has what you have learnt through life affected how you feel about and experience the menopause? What are the signs and symptoms?

Module 3: Reframing & Finding the Positives

What is the menopause for and why do we experience it? What about other animals? Other people? Looking at the menopause in the context of why it happens is important in re-evaluating what it means for you

Module 4: What now? Creating Solutions

Looking at your communication and how to improve it; identifying and meeting your needs; finding out more about what else you need
